Per-Service Plan
Best for new customers who want to experience the service before fully committing — also our 90-day trial model. Subscription clients receive scheduling priority over per-service clients when capacity is limited.

Service Guidelines
Arrival times are grouped into four windows: Early AM 7–9, Late AM 9–11, Early PM 12–2, and Late PM 3–5. We will always follow your designated service day, but arrival time may vary depending on routing and confirmations.
Appointments are confirmed automatically through our CRM 48–72 hours in advance. Routing is finalized by 7:00 PM the day before your appointment.
Please have keys and vehicles ready before arrival. We operate as a no-knock, minimal-contact service and follow a “return as found” policy for keys and vehicles.
If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, we will wait 5–10 minutes before moving to the next stop. Same-day rerouting may be attempted if available but is not guaranteed. Monthly flat-rate pricing still applies.
Out-of-route custom appointments are available for a $50 trip fee per vehicle.
Any address 45 minutes outside of the shop radius may have a $25 travel fee if only one car is scheduled. The fee is waived when multiple cars are scheduled. Shop address: 612 Florida Avenue, Palm Harbor, FL 34683.
There are no credits, refunds, or rain checks. Weather-related service interruptions, rescheduling, or access limitations do not affect the monthly rate. In active rain, temperatures below 35°F or above 110°F, or sustained winds over 20 MPH, appointments will be moved to the following week at approximately the same day and time.
First Class Detailing reserves the right to decline service or move a vehicle to per-service pricing depending on its condition. Clients may exit the maintenance program at any time.
